If there were a Mt. Rushmore of Quake, Victor “Makaveli” Cuadra’s face would be on it. Coming of age in the Silicon Valley area at the height of Quake 2’s popularity, he established himself as a force to be reckoned with in the arena. His career began just in time to witness a revolution in the legitimization of eSports with Makaveli pioneering many of the things now taken for granted by modern professional gamers. He now lends his legend status to commentary, expert analysis and mentorship to the pro Quake players of today.
